Understanding Your Agreement with Us
Welcome to BabyWheels India. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our stroller rentals, sales, repair services, and this website. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Legal Compliance for BabyWheels – India
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services, including consumer protection, e‑commerce, data protection and privacy, intellectual property, and export control laws. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe continued use would violate applicable law or our policies.
2. Acceptance of Terms for BabyWheels Services
By creating an account, renting a stroller, making a purchase, or using any part of our website, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. 4. Your Responsibilities as a BabyWheels Customer
As a user of BabyWheels, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration and transactions.

Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account login information.

Take proper care of rented strollers and return them in the agreed-upon condition.
5. Stroller Rental Terms – BabyWheels
When renting a stroller from BabyWheels, you agree to:

Adhere to the specified rental period and return dates.

Be responsible for any damage to the stroller during the rental period, beyond normal wear and tear.

Pay all applicable rental fees, deposits, and any late return or damage charges.

Use the stroller safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
6. Purchase Terms for BabyWheels Strollers
When purchasing a stroller from BabyWheels, you agree to:

Pay the full purchase price and any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Acknowledge that all sales are final, unless otherwise stated in our return policy.

Understand that warranty terms for new strollers are provided by the manufacturer.
7. Repair Service Terms – BabyWheels
When utilizing our repair services, you agree to:

Provide an accurate description of the stroller's issue.

Approve the repair estimate before work begins.

Pay for all approved repairs upon completion.

Acknowledge that BabyWheels is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to the repair work performed.
8. BabyWheels Intellectual Property
All content on the BabyWheels website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BabyWheels or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability – BabyWheels
BabyWheels will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law (India)
Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by notifying the other party in writing and allowing at least 30 days to negotiate in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the competent courts, as permitted by applicable law. Unless prohibited by consumer law in your jurisdiction, the exclusive venue shall be the courts located in India. These Terms and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.

12. Grievance Officer (India)
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you may contact our Grievance Officer for any concerns regarding these Terms or our handling of your personal data: contact@babywheels.com. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24–72 hours and resolve them as required by applicable law.
